As we approach the end of another successful week of teaching I wanted to touch base to politely remind the community of our weekly timings to ensure we can continue to successfully educate our children and the way forward regrading the schedule and our September start.

Expectations of parents when picking up and dropping off :

  • Parents will arrive at the assigned staggered start time and dismissal time – it is very important to keep to these times to not only encourage social distancing but to ensure it, we have started to congregate outside of the building at both pick up and drop times which means social distancing is being compromised.
  • Arriving early has meant I have had to take children in earlier which collectively swells the numbers in the playground which in turns compromises the social distancing safeguarding precautions we have designed to minimise the risk to the children on our care.
  • As stated previously, Siblings are able to be dropped off at the same time but not picked up at the same time, to do this means the older children losing important instructional time.
  • Parents will pick up the children at the times noted on the schedule.
  • Once children have been picked up, families must leave immediately and not engage in conversations with other parents as doing so, craetes conjestion.
